Frame and shutter are powder coated to the same RAL reference. Coating on different materials can vary slightly, which we will show you on samples first.
Should I choose solid or perforated?
Solid gives more privacy and strength. Perforated keeps the window working at night. On the outside of a shop, some councils resist both, so check before you choose.
What does one drawing change?
Everything lines up: door head, guide channels, fascia, sign fixing and power supply. It also gives your council or landlord one clear document to look at.
Do you need consent across Hampshire?
An external shutter normally needs planning permission from your council. An internal shutter or grille often does not, so it is worth checking before you order. Illuminated signs can need advertisement consent, depending on size, position and area. Listed buildings need listed building consent as well.
