What moves a price up or down?
- Width and height of the opening.
- Frame material and glass type.
- Number of doors, and whether any are automatic.
- Whether the shutter box can be hidden.
- Strip-out of the old frontage, and any work to the lintel or floor.
- Electrics, safety edges and photocells, where they are needed.
- Access, and fitting outside normal hours.
