What happens in Dudley?
Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Dudley and postcodes including DY2 and DY1.
What should you think about first?
Do you work on any make?
Most commercial shutters and door gear. We will tell you straight away if parts are no longer available.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
