What happens in West Bridgford?
We cover West Bridgford and nearby Nottingham and Basford. If a repair turns out to be bigger than expected, you are told on site and you decide whether it goes ahead.
What should you check before you decide?
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
