What happens in Rustington?
Most shop owners come to us at one of three points: a new lease, a break-in, or a frontage that has finally given up. In each case the first step is a survey, and we cover postcodes including BN16 and RH20.
What should you think about first?
What does one drawing change?
Everything lines up: door head, guide channels, fascia, sign fixing and power supply. It also gives your council or landlord one clear document to look at.
Will the colours really match?
Frame and shutter are powder coated to the same RAL reference. Coating on different materials can vary slightly, which we will show you on samples first.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
One company. Your contract is with S&K Glazing Limited for both parts, so nobody can point at the other contractor.

An external shutter normally needs planning permission from Arun District Council. An internal shutter or grille often does not, so it is worth checking before you order. Illuminated signs can need advertisement consent, depending on size, position and area. Listed buildings need listed building consent as well.
