What makes the difference?
What electrics are needed?
A power supply near the box, installed by a qualified electrician. We show the position on the drawing.
Steel or aluminium laths?
Steel is stronger and heavier. Aluminium is lighter and quieter, which helps under flats. Most shops are well served by either.
What will my insurer want?
Some insurers name a shutter type or rating, and many ask for locks and service records. Ask them before you order, as it saves a change later.
Will this need planning permission in Redruth?
Probably, if it is external. Cornwall Council decides. Many councils resist solid external shutters, and some resist perforated ones too. Illuminated signs can need advertisement consent, depending on size, position and area. Listed buildings need listed building consent as well.

Yes. We powder coat to a RAL colour to match your frame as closely as we can.
How soon can you fit a high-security shutter in Redruth?
Lead time is confirmed on your quotation. We agree the fitting day with you.
