How does it work in Llandudno?
Most shop owners come to us at one of three points: a new lease, a break-in, or a frontage that has finally given up. In each case the first step is a survey, and we cover postcodes including LL30, LL31 and LL32.
What makes the difference?
What electrics are needed?
A power supply near the box, installed by a qualified electrician. We show the position on the drawing.
What about a fire exit?
A shutter must never trap people in. If it covers an escape route, it needs to be open while the premises are occupied, or opened easily from inside.
Steel or aluminium laths?
Steel is stronger and heavier. Aluminium is lighter and quieter, which helps under flats. Most shops are well served by either.
