What can you expect in Tilbury?
Most shop owners come to us at one of three points: a new lease, a break-in, or a frontage that has finally given up. In each case the first step is a survey, and we cover postcodes including RM18.

Guide prices, not offers. Your written quotation sets the final figure.
What should you think about first?
What does the written quotation show?
Every item: frame, glass, doors, stallriser, strip-out and any electrics. It stays valid for 90 days, and nothing is ordered until you accept.
Which colours work best?
Dark greys and black are the most requested because they frame the shop well. In a conservation area, ask us first, as colour can matter to the council.
How do you deal with the threshold?
We aim for level or near-level access. New doors need thought about wheelchair and pushchair users, and we check the floor before we promise anything.
Do you need consent in Tilbury?
A like-for-like replacement often does not need permission, but a visibly different frontage usually does. The application goes to Thurrock Council. Illuminated signs can need advertisement consent, depending on size, position and area. Listed buildings need listed building consent as well.
