What makes the difference?
Which colours work best?
Dark greys and black are the most requested because they frame the shop well. In a conservation area, ask us first, as colour can matter to the council.
What does the written quotation show?
Every item: frame, glass, doors, stallriser, strip-out and any electrics. It stays valid for 90 days, and nothing is ordered until you accept.
Can it have a shutter later?
Yes, but it is far neater to allow for one now. Tell us at survey, and we will leave height behind the fascia even if the shutter comes later.
Do you need consent in Forres?
It depends on how much changes. A new layout, new materials or a moved door usually needs permission from Moray Council. In Scotland, work can also need a building warrant before it starts, and listed buildings need listed building consent from the council.
