What can you expect in Sidcup?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Sidcup and postcodes including DA14 and DA15, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What should you think about first?
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
