How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
Can you repair the frontage too?
Yes. We repair doors, closers, locks, hinges and beads, and glass can be measured at the same visit.
