What can you expect in Peterhead?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Peterhead and postcodes including AB42, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What should you check before you decide?
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
