How does it work in Marylebone?
Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Marylebone and postcodes including W1.
What should you check before you decide?
Is it worth repairing an old shutter?
Often, if the curtain and guides are sound. If not, we will price a replacement so that you can compare.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
