What can you expect in Lincoln?
Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Lincoln and postcodes including LN2, LN6 and LN1.
What should you check before you decide?
Can you repair the frontage too?
Yes. We repair doors, closers, locks, hinges and beads, and glass can be measured at the same visit.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
