What can you expect in Halifax?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Halifax and postcodes including HX3, HX1 and HX2, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What makes the difference?
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
