What can you expect in Dover?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Dover and postcodes including CT17, CT16 and CT15, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What makes the difference?
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How much will it cost?
