How does it work in Chester?
If you are in Chester, it helps to tell us the make of the shutter or door gear if you can see it, and how long the fault has been there. It saves a second trip.
What makes the difference?
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
Do you work on any make?
Most commercial shutters and door gear. We will tell you straight away if parts are no longer available.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
