How does it work in Camborne?
A fault usually means a shop that cannot trade or cannot lock up. Say which it is when you call, as that decides how we prioritise a visit to Camborne.
What makes the difference?
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
