How does it work in Burry Port?
We cover Burry Port and nearby Llanelli and Gorseinon. If a repair turns out to be bigger than expected, you are told on site and you decide whether it goes ahead.
What should you think about first?
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
