What can you expect in Birkenhead?
If you are in Birkenhead, it helps to tell us the make of the shutter or door gear if you can see it, and how long the fault has been there. It saves a second trip.
What should you check before you decide?
Is it worth repairing an old shutter?
Often, if the curtain and guides are sound. If not, we will price a replacement so that you can compare.
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
