What can you expect in Bethesda?
If you are in Bethesda, it helps to tell us the make of the shutter or door gear if you can see it, and how long the fault has been there. It saves a second trip.
What makes the difference?
Is it worth repairing an old shutter?
Often, if the curtain and guides are sound. If not, we will price a replacement so that you can compare.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
How much will it cost?
