How does it work in Basford?
Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Basford and postcodes including NG7, NG8 and NG6.
What is worth knowing?
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
