What happens in Witham?
A fault usually means a shop that cannot trade or cannot lock up. Say which it is when you call, as that decides how we prioritise a visit to Witham.
What is worth knowing?
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
