How does it work in Kensington?
Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Kensington and postcodes including W8, SW5 and SW7.
What is worth knowing?
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
How much will it cost?

| Roller shutter service and safety check Per shutter: spring tension check, motor and limit check, guide and lath inspection, lubrication, safety brake test and a written condition report. | £145 | £174 |
This is the fixed price of the service and safety check. Repairs are quoted after inspection, and you approve them first.
