What happens in Irlam?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Irlam and postcodes including M44, M31 and WA13, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What should you think about first?
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
Can you repair the frontage too?
Yes. We repair doors, closers, locks, hinges and beads, and glass can be measured at the same visit.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
