How does it work in Felling?
Shops often have older equipment fitted by companies that no longer trade. That is fine: we work on most commercial makes, in Felling and postcodes including NE10 and NE9, and we say so if a part cannot be found.
What makes the difference?
What do you need to know when I call?
The address, what has failed, whether you can open or lock up, and any make or model you can see on the box or motor.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A service visit ends with a written condition report that you can keep for your landlord or insurer.
How is the visit priced?
We tell you what the visit covers before we book it. Parts and further labour are agreed with you before they are added.
How much will it cost?

| Roller shutter service and safety check Per shutter: spring tension check, motor and limit check, guide and lath inspection, lubrication, safety brake test and a written condition report. | £145 | £174 |
