Common faults are a shutter that will not run, a door that has dropped or a closer that has failed. Send a photo and we can often tell what to bring. We cover Carterton and postcodes including OX18.
What makes the difference?
How do I stop it happening again?
Most failures give a warning: noise, slow running, a door that needs a push. A planned service catches these early.
Can you repair the frontage too?
Yes. We repair doors, closers, locks, hinges and beads, and glass can be measured at the same visit.
What should I do if a shutter or door fails?
Stop using it if it looks unsafe, keep people clear and take a photo. Do not force a stuck shutter, as the springs and barrel are under load.
