What happens across Dorset?
We work right across Dorset, including Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth and Christchurch. Rules on frontages and shutters differ from one council to the next. Councils here include Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, Dorset Council and Dorset. Bournemouth and Poole carry most of the larger units, while Dorchester, Bridport and Weymouth have older streets and sea air.
What should you think about first?
What about the fascia and sign?
We set out the fascia at the same time, so your sign fixings and any shutter box do not clash. Illuminated signs can need advertisement consent, depending on size, position and area.
What affects the price most?
Width, the number of doors, glass type and any strip-out. A second door or a laminated upgrade moves the figure more than the colour does.
Should the stallriser stay?
A stallriser protects the bottom of the glass from kicks, trolleys and cleaning water. On older streets it is also part of the look.
What are the guide prices?

Guide prices, not offers. Your written quotation sets the final figure.
