Timescales
Expect 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
What gets fitted
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Common specifications: low-threshold entrance options for level access; thermally broken or non-thermal sections to suit the unit.

Permission and High Peak Borough Council
The local planning authority for Buxton is High Peak Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
