How much?
Budget from £2,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Manufacture usually takes 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
The product
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Common specifications: any RAL colour, including dual-colour frames; toughened or laminated safety glass to BS EN 12150 / 14449.

Permission and Derby City Council
Planning in Derby goes through Derby City Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
