Steel shopfronts across Hereford
Steel shopfronts in Hereford start from about £3,600 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Around Hereford, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the quotation for the steel shopfronts is a real figure.
Do you need consent?
In Hereford, applications go to Herefordshire Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. The survey confirms which rules apply.

About the product
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Options include slim steel sections with high impact resistance; laminated glass options for attack resistance.
