Timescales
Manufacture usually takes 2-3 weeks after survey. Installation in Hereford is usually a day or two once everything is made. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
The product
Punched laths let passers-by see the window display after closing time while the shutter still secures the opening. Options include window display stays visible when closed; lets light and air through.
Coverage
We treat Hereford as part of our Herefordshire round covering HR postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Ross-on-Wye and Leominster.
FAQs
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
How much does perforated roller shutters cost in Hereford?
Perforated roller shutters start from around £1,750 plus VAT for a standard opening. The exact figure depends on the width, height, finish and access, and comes from a free site survey as a written, itemised quotation.
Do I need planning permission in Hereford?
Like-for-like replacements usually do not. Changing the appearance of the frontage, fitting an external roller shutter or adding an illuminated sign usually needs consent from Herefordshire Council. We tell you which applies at survey.
